A perfect example of hierarchy, in life, in love and at work. A movie that dares to challenge all three. We see the general manager of this team make some decisions that have many of those around him questioning his choices. He is dealing with a major personal issue, he's dealing with work stresses due to another family crisis and he's got many breathing down his neck as he takesﾠchances with draft choices. His ideas dare to challenge the obvious ideas but he follows his gut. He makes dreams come true and shatters others. Now is the movie all about him... NO. The movie is about the team, the players, the NFL and the lives of all those involved. At the end, do we see a team that will fall apart at the seams or a team worthy of the Superbowl... Even if you aren't a football fan, this is an amazing story of tragedy and triumph.
