The Review

Holmes and Watson, a dynamic duo of sleuthing whose stories have captivated generations. Now, imagine if you will a story that mocks all that is known about them. This duo has been either hit or miss in any of their adventures. This adventure begins with a trial of Moriarty. His guilt or innocence is going to be determined by Sherlock Holmes. When his fate is sealed, chaos ensues. Mishaps from an incident with the queen, personal weaknesses, and a confusing situation with an American counterpart, all add to the insanity. It's not without its laughs but the humor is low brau and very limiting in its target. Adding to that limitation is a plethora of heavy-handed political innuendo. Combine those and you find a story that has little to do with the actual stories of Holmes and Watson and more to do with a modern interpretation of comedy. That being said, this will have a target audience, but with all of the content, that target will be difficult to find.
