The Review

A man full of secrets is about to break the biggest one of all. Alan Turing is an absolutely brilliant mathematician. His abilities as such rival those of any in his day. He approaches problems in life with a certain confidence. Though confident in many areas his social skills are lacking. Today he might even be on the autism spectrum. His brilliance is about to change the war and the world. There are many challenges along the way. When roadblocks got in his way, he found ways to endure and overcome. Though he was scoffed at and ridiculed, he knew what he had to do. When he succeeded, he broke the unbreakable code... Enigma. He didn't accomplish all of this alone, though he was selective about who worked with him. It was about more than breaking Enigma... It was about being careful and calculated. The government couldn't just act on the information. It had to be done carefully as to not be found out. When Turing's own secrets came out, he faced an impossible decision of his own. Ultimately there was and wasn't a happy ending to this story. There were still lives lost but even though... There were many more lives saved. Turing impacted so many things... Things that are still being impacted today because of one man. This incredible story is the story of him. We see what he did and what he sacrificed to do so. Beautifully told, this historical piece will live through the ages.
