    The Review

Sometimes in life all you need is a helping hand. That comes in especially handy if you can’t use your own, you see Phillip is a quadriplegic and needs assistance with everyday tasks. Dell on the other hand is a down on his luck drifter, doing the absolute minimum to survive. When his parole officer calls him on his slacking, he must act quickly or risk going back inside. While en route to one of the possible positions, a redirected turn will put him at Phillip’s doorstep. He may not have the qualifications to do what Phillip needs but Dell has something that gets Phillip’s attention. Together they will push one another to the breaking point. There are times when this helps and hurts for each of them. Though there are some bumps along the way, and even some questionable content at times… There is a lot here to appreciate. As they help one another, they don’t realize it but they are helping themselves along the way as well. An unlikely story about two strangers that became friends… That mean even more because it’s based on a true story. If you’re looking for a little Hart and a lot of humor, you’ll find a lot to appreciate.
