The Review

Spiritual warfare is a very controversial subject. It doesn’t matter what your religious beliefs, customs, location or lifestyle may be… The idea behind this appears to be that of focus on the U.S. Military, what actually comes across is something very different. In spiritual warfare, there are those that will use unusual methods to cause problems for their enemies. These methods can include black magic, voodoo, incantations, spells, etc… I know that there are cultures around the world that hold their beliefs and customs very highly. There are also those that will do whatever possible to discredit these beliefs. Ultimately the decision on which to choose is up to you. This documentary does provide some statistics on suicide in the U.S. Military but it quickly takes a backseat as the focus is directed more at the witch doctor’s and their experiences. Do strange things happen? Yes… Do tragic things happen? Yes… Are many of our men and women coming home with PTSD, Depression, Anxiety or more? Yes… Can all these be explained with spiritual warfare? NO! In saying that, there may be more to this than what we can see in a 2 hour documentary. There are many unanswered questions in every aspect of life, that’s what life is all about… Not having all the answers. This documentary uses a heavy hand in the biblical references for this subject. In saying that, some may welcome it and others may be offended. In the end, this is a real subject, there is a real tragedy that is happening. I only wish this had been done with more emphasis on what really mattered. Does it come together and tell a story? Yes, but not one that is one worth remembering…
