The Review

Madagascar is an island with a significant number of endemic species. Of the species of animals on the island, the various types of lemur have been increasingly threatened in recent years. ᅠEfforts to conserve these species has been increasing recently, and the efforts of Dr Patricia Wright in particular have led to the outlook for the species beginning to change.

This documentary was somewhat interesting at points, but had significant portions that left me somewhat disinterested. Though Morgan Freeman is always a great narrator to listen to, there seemed to be very little for him to narrate. While the animals were fun to watch, the documentary seemed to drawn out. ᅠThe information could have been covered in a fraction of the time. Young children may enjoy this for the animals that are shown, but most adults will likely not find it enjoyable. It's saving grace is that it's short, so you won't waste too much time if you don't like it.
