The Vortex is the ultimate dance competition. It's only for the best of the best and the winner will receive a 3 year Vegas contract at Ceasers Palace. The Mob is a group of dancers that try as they may, can't seem to find their groove. When things seem at their worst, they each have to do what's best. Sean decides that he's not giving up and he contacts old friends, with lots of hard work LMNTRIX is born. The video they submit is reminiscent of Thriller and it seems to have done the job. It's "The Grim Knights", "LMNTRIX", and a surprise... With other dance teams participating and battling it out as well. Think of "So you think you can dance" on steroids without the originality. We see everything from classical dance, to the moonwalk, running man, gangnam style and more. Well choreographed, this somewhat predictable movie has a few surprises up it's sleeve. Some will have their dreams come true while others are shattered. In the end it's important to learn what is really important. Is it winning... Or something more. I was expecting more... With creativity and depth of story. Definitely age targeted 12-25, this movie wins and loses.
