Our guys are back and at it again. The antics and tension continue as once again they go undercover... This time they aren't in high school. They are now in college. The story gets flipped up a bit as they get made as cops from the start. The one they think they're after is right in front of their nose and yet they refuse to look further. Jenko falls prey to the college/frat life. Parties and football are on his priority list instead of the case. Schmidt, on the other hand, doesn't fit in. There is a situation that one of them gets into that jeopardizes the whole thing (I can't say more without it being a spoiler). Let's just say that each of them is figuring out how and where they fit. Even if that means going separate ways. They both learn a lot along the way and it has nothing to do with studying. There is an excessive amount of colorful language used throughout the movie. It was a bit overkill, to the point of taking away from the story for audiences that are not the target. I would say the target audience for this movie would be 16-25. This movie is very funny and has a decent plot. It was on the same level as the first one without the originality. There were more laughs though if you enjoyed the 1st one... you'll love this. If not... wait for the DVD.
