Legends and superstitions have a foundation. Whether that foundation is based on fact or not is debatable but that doesn't make them any less intimidating. The Madame in Black is one of those, by summoning her, any that do have their lives uprooted in unusual ways. That's what happened to the 2 children in this story. Emma and Alex involved themselves in something larger than they realized. At the time, it seemed innocent. As the years passed by, they would realize it wasn't as innocent as they thought. One night when the family was gathering together, something happened that would change everything. This story though told in a creative way is a story that has been told and retold many times through the years. It may not be original but the approach is unique enough to warrant interest. Though not for all, the target audience will thoroughly enjoy this. Is it for you? Only if you love niche horror shorts.
