What do teenagers, a treasure map, and a treacherous adventure have in common? That's what we're about to find out. The Goonies are a group of teens/preteens that are about to be split up due to matters beyond their control. While packing up, they come across a map that could be the key to keeping them together. As they follow the clues, they'll find themselves in a perilous and treacherous situation due to another family that is just as desperate for the "big one". Who will get to their big payout first? Are they after the same thing or is this simply an unfortunate coincidence that their paths intersect. The answers aren't as simple as they seem. This adventure will take you places you've only dreamt of all the while keeping your feet firmly on the ground. A story of fun and friendship that will bridge a gap between the ages and touch on something more than itself. Though the language is a bit much at times, it doesn't distract from the presentation or the story. Though not for everyone, this will surely be a favorite for years to come.
