A family vacation comes to an end and the family is back to their routine. Their first night home is supposed to be a time to unwind and relax, it's about to be anything but. A surprise visitor will be the first domino to fall on this evening. Considering that is not the only stress in the home, makes for an interesting dynamic. With a new step-mom and all of these changes, it's hard for the kids, it's easy to see their frustrations... Though they present themselves vastly differently. Just as things begin to settle down for the night, something rouses them from their peaceful slumber. Little do they know, this will be the last peace any of them will have. They find themselves the target of an elaborate game. The goal may be simple "Kill Or Be Killed", but simple doesn't begin to describe what is happening. As the game plays out, things begin to happen to those that are playing. Only, not in the way you might think. Will this be what you expect? It all depends on what that is. Overall, imagine The Purge mixed with pieces of other Halloween thrillers. There are not many surprises along the way but there is enough to keep you at least entertained. Definitely not for the squeamish or the faint of heart, this will find its niche and fit in, wherever that is.
