Claudine, a character created by a young woman named Colette, would captivate the world. Only the world had no idea that Colette was Claudine's author as her husband received all of the credit for the works. Overbearing, and audacious, he took advantage of the talent of his wife. She was forced to churn out one after another. Little did he know that she was sharing her own life in the stories that she penned. As time went on, she began to find her voice away from the paper that she so eloquently penned. In doing so she found out truths about her life that she had been sheltered from. The more she explored, the more alive she became. Even in those that she found herself drawn towards. As she moved forward with her life, she quickly came to realize that she truly did have a voice. This is her story, her youth, her marriage, her affairs, her stories, just her... brazen and bold in her efforts. This is not a story for young audiences but for those who are fans of the Claudine stories it will become a favorite for many.
