The Review

How well do you know the person that you see in the mirror? That's what we're challenged to think of in this psychological thriller. A young girl celebrating with her parents experiences something horrific, upon returning home she's left with scars that many cannot truly understand. The scars she was left with that night will haunt her as her life progresses. Many years later, she returns to the area where the event occurred only to come face to face with her worst fears. Only, it's not just her fears that they must face but of them will face themselves in a way none of them could have imagined. Who are they? What are they? What do they want? As the truth unfolds, it points to something much darker than any of them could have realized. Even after the truth is revealed, there is a twist that some may not expect. It's definitely not for the faint of heart and there is a certain aspect of the plot that may be challenging for some to grasp. These factors limit the scope of the prospective audience but for those who appreciate stories such as this, it will surely become a favorite. There will certainly be many others though that this just doesn't appeal to, and that's okay. It's not for everyone.
