Comet Rhea-M is about to cause absolute chaos for 8 days 5 hours 29 minutes and 23 seconds... As it approaches Earth, it has a strange effect on every type of machine. They all come alive! As they do so, they begin to target any human that they see. The reason why is never fully explained but even though we made them, we are enemy number one. At the Dixie Boy truck stop, a bunch of truckers, residents, and others gather for their normal business. That is until nothing is normal. One by one the trucks begin to circle the truck stop as if they are holding everyone hostage. Anyone attempting to escape is seen as the enemy and destroyed by the machines. It becomes a matter of sheer survival. A few travelers find their way to the safe haven that is the Dixie Boy and do their best to hunker down for the long haul. It will soon become apparent that the machines, try as they may to destroy us will be dependent on us for a basic need. By helping them, it is simply prolonging the hell, but by not helping them, it's a death sentence for all. When the only answer is one of subservience, one person steps up to do what is necessary. After doing so, a plan is calculated to attempt to escape. It's not as easy as it sounds, avoiding any machinery or electronics is much harder than it might seem.
