The Green Knight is a story based on an old english chivalric poem. The Green Knight presents himself to the court and asks for one to strike a blow against him. This action will receive an equal action after one year, so the person and action must be well thought out. Gawain steps up to strike the blow. After doing so, he must wait a year and then journey to the Green Chapel where the action will be returned. This is that journey. Along the way he's met with many challenges, some appear to be friends and others foes but be careful because appearances can be deceiving. It's important to pay attention to the details along the way as each piece is important to the end result. When he finally reaches the chapel, he faces his fate. Though even that may not be what you'd think. It can be incredibly hard to follow at times and unless you're familiar with the poem that this is based on it's even harder to appreciate. There will be those familiar with the story that will certainly appreciate the presentation but there will also be those who struggle to grasp what they just watched and find themselves confused and befuddled. Whichever group you fall into, a certain knowledge of medieval history might be beneficial as well. Should you choose to partake in this adventure, just come prepared.
