The Review

Miracles, we don't understand them, we don't understand who, what, when, where, or why... So what drives us to seek them out? Hope... When all else fails, we want to cling onto something, something that can make it all better. In this situation, a mother is in desperate need of a miracle, not for herself, but for someone close to her. When things fail to go as planned, she makes a decision that will have rippling effects for years. Many years later, her son while participating in a journalistic piece, finds more than he bargained for during the interview. He comes face to face with his mother. A cold yet emotional tale of heartache and heartbreak, with a few of the reasons why and the desperation we can face while fighting for life. This is a somewhat confusing tragedy. There is no, once upon a time, no happily ever after... Just real life pain and repercussions from decisions that we make in the heat of a moment. What it conveyed was nothing but struggling and pain, what it meant to portray was lost in the chaos. A tragic tale that will leave you with nothing more than you came with.
