The Review

At one point or another, we must all face the music. What each of us recognizes as our own personal music is determined by our (or others') choices. Take an aspiring jazz musician, add in a bad break up and a promising interview and you get Nick. On the other side, take a housewife that is also an art aficionado and an amateur sleuth, and you get Brooke. These two have absolutely nothing in common,e except for being in the same place at the same time on a cool winter night. He was stalling, she was rushing and in that, their lives collided. Through the series of events that follow, they learn more about one another than ever wanted to. This will involve delving into their past, dissecting their present, and dreams of the future. The results for them will differ greatly for each one but in doing so, they'll find a common bond that they'll have forever. This is a semi-dramatic story of how our lives intersect with one another. How the simplest of interactions can change everything. How one moment can change our lives. It is definitely worth watching but it's one that takes concentration to follow. The story builds very slowly, there really isn't a climax to it, just storytelling of what happens between these two people. There is subject matter that is not appropriate for younger audiences but other than that, it's mildly entertaining.
