Undiscovered talent. A starting point that could lead in many directions. We are introduced to a voice that transforms the rest of the film. This voice gets lost in the crowd, but it just takes one person to make a difference. As luck or fate would have it, that one person was there. After a dreadful initial meeting, there is a definite tension. Her voice and talent, plus his addictions and failing career make for an odd duo. Situations in their home lives end up being the glue that binds them. Their relationship grows but not how you'd think. Their combined creativity and talent lead to an epic masterpiece. Even as powerful as it is though... There are still bumps in the road. Along this journey he finds what he's looking for and she finds who she is. With catchy music and characters that feel real... This was better than anticipated for being a low budget drama. There are some adult situations and some vulgarities but not so much that it pulls from the story. It is a bit of a chick flick, but the base story has merits for a wider audience.
