This is the story of two broken families, both torn by different circumstances. We have a mom with 2 young boys that are struggling with adolescence. We have a dad with 3 girls, struggling with a different problem. Both of the parents go on a blind date, a disaster from the start. When it's done, they're happy to go their separate ways.ﾠTheyﾠhaveﾠsome mutual friends that are preparing to go on an amazing trip. When that falls through both the mom (Drew Barrymore) and the dad (Adam Sandler) talk to their friends to take the trip for them. When everyone arrives in Africa at the same time, it's complete chaos. Through a series of adventures that they experience together, they are "bonding and blending" (a song in the movie). By the time they get home, the feelings between both of them are there but what will they do? The chemistry between them is undeniable, they are paired together perfectly for this role. It will truly touch your heart as a modern day Brady Bunch. The African band gets a bit annoying as it plays through, but the rest of the movie is worth it.
