They're back. Twenty years have gone by and yet they haven't changed much. One is in a mental institution, the other has a severe medical condition. When it comes out that one was faking, it only brings them closer together. They get around to checking twenty years worth of mail and learn that one of them might be a dad. The journey to put the pieces back together will lead these two on an unlikely path that takes them to a leading scientific conference. Can you imagine these guys surrounded by brainiacs... It's never as simple as that though. They run into many obstacles on the way but their antics get them back on track. Ultimately they learn who the dad is along with some info about themselves. This installment isn't as good as the first one but is way better than the second one. The v jokes have gone from basic modern slapstick to adult jokes throughout. Some are funnier than others. It doesn't meet as wide of an audience as the first but they'll always have a following. If you're a Dumb and Dumber fan, you'll laugh... If not... You're missing out. There are a lot of minor flaws but there's a lot of laughs too... The rating is PG-13 but it borders on R. Watcher should be prepared for antics and stupidity.
