Gloria Cumplido is a divorcee that frequently attends nightclubs filled with singles that are middle-aged and older. It is in one of these clubs where Gloria meets Rudolfo Fernandez. Rudolfo is a retired Navy distributor and divorced father of two grown children who are still financially dependent on him. As Gloria spends increasingly more time with Rudolfo, she begins to see him as a potential long-term companion. ﾠAs Rudolfo's perceived family obligations increasingly stress the relationship between him and Gloria, she must measure her desire for companionship against the potential personal costs.

Gloria is an interesting take on the search for companionship held by those no longer in their youth. Gloria's struggles with both her family and personal life and the manner that she responds to them make her an endearing character. This movie is entirely in Spanish, so you may need subtitles. There are several adult scenes that contain full nudity, but it's nothing worry about if you're not offended by nudity. I recommend checking this out if you're into the drama genre.
