Joe is pursuing the life he wants. Working as a mechanic and writing doom metal, Joe chooses not to pursue a career using his degree in communication studies. Joe's girlfriend Beth has decided that she cannot tolerate Joe's lack of drive to succeed and breaks up with him. In an attempt to take his mind off of Beth, Joe's friends Hung and Eric take him to a weekend of role-playing with the Evermore LARP (live action role play) Alliance. The weekend doesn't go as well as planned when Eric accidentally summons a demon while playing as a wizard.

This movie was fun to watch. The quality of the acting was somewhatﾠvariable, with some characters being portrayed well and others less so. The premise of the story is a bit flimsy but is entertaining none the less. If you're a fan of Dungeons and Dragons or you enjoy B movies, it's fairly likely that you'll enjoy this as well. I would recommend skipping it if you're not a fan of either.
