Leprechauns, small creatures that reward us with a pot of gold if we catch them... but... What if they catch us? As four tourists finish their vacation in Ireland, they're about to find out. They embark on a journey to find some of the oldest artifacts in Ireland: The Stones of the Gods. Along the way, they find much more than they were looking for. They find themselves being offered as an offering to appease the creatures. The creatures demand restitution for what has been taken from them. The stories that have depicted the leprechauns as benevolent sweet creatures are those of imagination. The real story is revealed here, but at what cost... These tourists are about to find out. This somewhat predictable thriller takes a few unexpected twists and turns. The goriness is not as bad as what is implied. As for the special effects/CGI, it stayed in the safe zone, by that I mean they played it safe. In doing so the full potential was never realized but at the same time what they did... They did well... So next time you're on a journey to explore something new... Watch out, because something may be watching you.
