High School is full of extreme highs and lows. How we remember those highs and lows impacts us sometimes more than we can imagine. When a single mom and her daughter move back to her hometown, life is much more complicated than she remembered. As her daughter tries to fit in, in a new school, with new kids, she'll quickly find herself in a personal dilemma. The local kids like to party and she's always been the "good girl". In an attempt to fit in, she tries to get a local woman to do something for them. Only the woman wants something in return. What it is isn't immediately clear but it begins to make sense as the story plays out. What these kids don't know is that it's not even about them. That won't make any difference as to what is happening though. Will they become aware of what is happening before it's too late or is it impossible to outrun the past? As this plays out there are a few twists and turns along the way that you might not expect. While that is interesting, it's questionable as to whether or not it's enough.
