Max is back. As aᅠprisoner of those that he despises most. When one of the transports decides to transport more than fuel, he sees an opportunity. Though he is used as little more than an ornament to those that are determined to make him pay, he manages to turn the tables on them. The transport en route to its destination takes a turn, towards a direction where there might be some hope. In this post-apocalyptic realm, hope is in short supply. As the chase ensues, Max digs deep toᅠfuel the fire and keep going. This has provenᅠto be one of the most action packed films of the Mad Max series. We see a new starring character as well, she proves to be a valuable ally. The treasures are the prize in this battle. Joe willᅠdo anything to retrieve what has been stolen from him. Deals are made and broken, the success of the mission is dependent solely on the actions of a few. When they finally arrive at their destination, what they discover is something that changes everything. This seems like it could have been the last of the series but there are pieces of the plot that seem to lead to something more. The production of these movies can't seem to get away from the errors that plague the films... There is a heavier romance level to this installment than in the past, we'll just have to wait and see howᅠitᅠplays out. It stayed true to the Mad Max idea... Just, has it been overdone?!?! I for one enjoy the idea but movies need more than an idea to succeed...
