Venice’s only real detective is not exactly like other officials in his line of work. He’s also in a bit of trouble. This is a cat and mouse type of movie where in order to get one thing accomplished he has to do something else for somebody else then ends up doing something to be able to get something else done but only if he does this one thing for that person. What!? Yep, that kind of movie. It’s definitely a direct to video/digital release and seems like it was shot in about 3 to 4 weeks. But hey, you have Jason Momoa and Bruce Willis in the same movie, you might as well have fun with it right? There’s not much to this movie but just random silliness off and on. Action/Comedy more along the lines of little action more comedy. But it moves pretty quickly and isn’t that long. You will find yourself shaking your head and wondering how he’s going to pull this off to actually be able to do something else. The performances are just what you’d think for a goofball cop movie so don’t think there’s an Oscar caliber nomination possible. But it’s fun and should hold your attention long enough to have a little bit of fun with it. So grab a pizza or your favorite snack food and a beverage, turn your brain off, and have a blast.
