The Review

Ernest Hemingway was one of the greatest writers of the 20th century. His writings impacted many generations in many different ways. Here we're invited to see how his writings impacted one particular young man. This young man grew up in the depression, abandoned by everyone that he had ever gotten close to, he turned to books. The books that he turned to when he needed the greatest inspiration were those of Ernest Hemingway. Hemingway's works transformed not only him but his entire life both personally and professionally. When he gathers the courage to write a letter to Hemingway, he loses all nerve when it comes to sending it. A friend comes to his aid and does what he is unable to do. Once Hemingway receives the letter, he reaches out to the young man and a relationship between them is formed that will transform both of their lives. This is an inside look into a man that few knew nothing about. This is also the story behind the story. You see, this isn't just a work of a writer's imagination, this is based on the actual story between the two of them. How they became to be, how they impacted one another's lives and how this seemingly simple relationship shaped so much more than they could have imagined. If you have ever been a fan of his work, or even if you haven't, this is a brilliant tale that will take you deeper than you ever thought you wanted to go into a man you know nothing about. Come experience the man behind the name and how he shaped those around him as well as future generations.
