The Review

The idea of parallel worlds is an idea of great contention. That doesn't stop the writers of this story of approaching a new take on an old idea. The series "Sliders" was about a group of friends that end up sliding from world to world with a remote control type device. This has the same premise except there is no remote control, there is simply a building. A building that never changes. This building is the same in every alternate Earth. Once they enter, they end up on the adventure of a lifetime... As they experience alternate worlds, they begin to yearn for home. The problem becomes, how do they get home? Who is in control? Is it random or is there more to it... All of these questions and more will be answered in this story. If you were a fan of "Sliders" then you'll definitely find your interests peaked by this. Should your interests not include sci-fi type theories than it might not be for you. Either way, it manages to take an overdone idea and open up some new possibilities with it. The end leaves room for a sequel, I guess we'll have to wait and see what they decide to do. I for one hope to see a parallel to parallels...
