Pee-Wee is back, this time we see him in his daily routine. Home, work and back again... Greeting all along the way in the perfect representation of small town America. Everything is going along to plan, that is until one day when Pee-Wee is left alone at the diner where he works. A tall stranger comes in and places his order since Pee-Wee is the only one there, he obliges. Through their conversation, this mysterious stranger invites Pee-Wee to his birthday party in New York City. This then becomes a story about his journey cross country to go to his new friend's birthday party. Along the way, he'll meet an unusual variety of characters and have adventures that he couldn't have even dreamt of back home. When he finally arrives at his destination, another pitfall awaits that will attempt to keep him from his destiny. Will he succeed? That's up to you to find out if you decide to embark on this adventure. This differs from the timeline that we have seen in his other movies. Yet, it gives you everything you've come to expect with Pee-Wee Herman. Good and bad, you get exactly what you expect and a little more that you didn't. Of all of his movies aimed at a younger audience, this one has a heavy hand with a light touch of sexuality that might make some uncomfortable.
