Rockwell Falls, a quaint little town in the middle of nowhere. Their population has remained unchanged for generations and as of the most recent census, it has garnered some attention. A census worker is sent to look into matters to figure out how a population goes unchanged for this length of time. Once he arrives, there is something that seems more than a bit off. He can't put his finger on it but the longer he's there the deeper the rabbit hole becomes. His future will soon be in jeopardy as his entry into the town ended up being much more than it seemed. As his investigation begins to wrap up, he is determined to take action. Will he be able to make any changes? Will he even make it out alive? Or is there much more to Rockwell Falls than we're ever meant to understand?

This haunting psychological thriller is meant to get inside your head and stay there. It's reminiscent of some other films that have been done but creative in its presentation.
