The San Andreas fault begins to shift, as it shifts, it will destroy anything in its path. The ground shakes, buildings fall and lives crumble. Times like these bring out the best and the worst in people. This family once divided will realize where their priorities lie as they face insurmountable challenges. Can hope be found in chaos? Time will tell. Though this is a Hollywoodized portrayal of a story, we must remember that this is a real fault line and that anything is possible. As this is told, it will draw you in, you'll feel it as you see it throughout. Come prepared for intense (although somewhat overdone) drama that will tug at your heart strings. Go see it then see it again, there's too much to take in at once. Though it's a little intense for some audiences, there are a few comedic one liners to break up the monotony. Overall... Much better than expected...
