The Expendables... Unruly mercenaries or Unsung heroes? In this 3rd installment of these men willing to go to whatever lengths it takes to get the job done. We see some familiar faces working to break an old friend out of a transport. In a intense high action event sequence, they succeed. From there, the action slows a little... We're able to see the team joking around, meeting more members as they plan what's next. Together they work to stop an illegal shipment. In the midst of this, they run into an unexpected foe. This foe will change the strategic plan for this wayward team of misfits. The team is separated and reassembled with different pieces. In the pursuit of this foe, we see the strengths and weaknesses of the Expendables. This team is either going to work together or kill one another trying. Will they be able to come together? Will their weaknesses break them or will they find a way. There are multiple big name stars in this installment. Each bringing something unique to the story. In the end we see the cumulation of their efforts. This is as much of a comedy as it is an action film. A plentiful amount of cheesiness which works in this quirky idea. Well cast, well done...
