Moving into a new area comes with many challenges. One of them being making new friends. This young couple is about to learn a little more about some of the people in their neighborhood then they ever cared to. A casual meeting at the park brings two couples together, next comes a dinner party unlike any they've ever experienced. One of the couples is happily married but have difficulties in the bedroom. The other couple struggles with their sexuality in general. Combine these two and you end up with a heavy wall of sexual tension. Now all of this seems like an adult film gone wrong, and that's kind of what it is. There are two young children in all of this though, each of the couples have a young boy, they quickly become friends, which is part of what brings the couples together in the first place. The boys' are almost an afterthought through the story though as it delves deep into the exploration of sexuality. In doing so, there is a heavy hand of humor throughout. In saying that, the subject matter isn't for all. Many would, in fact, find it horribly inappropriate, the content and context of what is happening isn't for a younger audience at all. There is completely unabashed nudity by all the parties as well as behavior that is borderline "X" rated. It's a fun date movie if you're into this type of humor but if not, it's one to definitely bypass.
