Nursing is all about saving lives right? According to Kayle that isnﾒt completely true. To Kayle nursing is about helping the patient even if that doesnﾒt mean saving their life. Kayle is a veteran nurse who during his 12 hour night shift has to train a new nurse named Amanda. Nursing is hard enough as it is but being a nurse in the emergency room can get crazy in an instant. Amanda tries to keep up with Kayle and falls behind trying to prove herself. They both struggle with their own personal issues as well as their conflicting beliefs when it comes to life and death.
