Robinson Crusoe, his fictional tale has been told time and time again but no one knows what really happened. That is until now. Here we have the rare chance to see his story from the animal's perspective. When he found himself shipwrecked on an island. The only inhabitants of this island are the animals. One of whom is obsessed with the thought of the world outside of the island. As this new creature invades their island, they do their best to figure him out. Together, they find common ground with him and come to realize who the real enemy really is. It will take teamwork and strategy to survive that is yet to come. The real question is, who will come out on top... Man or Beast? This tale brings a classic tale to life for a younger generation. It is aimed at a younger generation in the simplicity of the characters and the story. The writer definitely didn't hide a particular bias that is felt throughout but don't let that deter you. Definitely, a family friendly story to enjoy once it's on instant video / Netflix / etc. If you choose to participate in the story prior to that, come at it with a whimsical heart and mind. There is a certain innocence about it that we haven't seen for a while.
