An interesting take on yet another post apocalyptic zombie horror movie. Here we see a few select sects of humans trying to survive what is going on around them. What is going on around them is a bit confusing. There are zombies, your everyday brain munchers with a little something extra. We are know that if you get bit, you turn and the only way to kill them is to shoot them in the head. That was true until now. Now there is another way to turn... Something that may have been unique if the movie "Maggie" hadn't already gone there. If you haven't seen "Maggie" you may be surprised. There are also confusing experiments that are taking place and storylines that don't seem to interact with one another. Was that the intended idea or was it supposed to be intentionally this bad? The special effects leave much to be desired, though I'll give it kudos that they got some of the scenes right. It, in general, was extremely hard to follow. The reason behind what is happening is the only part of interest in the story. Should you watch this, if you're a zombie fan you'll appreciate it... Though it's more laughable than scary.
