Charles Xavier had a dream. To open a school for gifted and unique individuals... Not just anyone that fit those characteristics though. This school was specifically designed for mutants. A select few of that through evolution have developed certain specific abilities. Mutation itself has been part of the process of evolving. It has now come to a precipice. These mutants have had to fight for everything since their abilities have surfaced. Now they have a place where they can learn as well as be safe and secure. Only things are never that simple. Certain people at the school soon realize that there is a much bigger threat that must be addressed. Soon, these misfits will have to learn to work together to fight their biggest adversaries, the problem comes when they realize that their adversaries are mutants as well. What will become of them? These X-Men will soon find the X factor that is the key to survival. Is it enough though? This has the potential to expand into a much larger story that it appears to be. Are you prepared?
