Marie Colvin, an award-winning journalist who was willing to do the impossible in pursuit of the truth. The world may not have been ready for what was happening beyond what the media shared with the public... Even with that, she didn't let it stop her. Her expose pieces would open the eyes of the world to what was happening behind what we were being told. As with any media source, there was still an agenda that was being brought forth, but it wasn't immediately obvious. In her pursuit of the truth, she would sacrifice much of herself, including the vision in one of her eyes. That wouldn't stop her. She knew what she had to do, at any cost. The truth deserved to be told. Only it is never that simple, the truth to one isn't always the truth to another. So who were the real victims of what she was reporting on. This story delves much deeper into that idea than you might be prepared for. Either way, it's a brilliant piece of truth... What truth that may be is subjective to the viewer but it's a powerful experience.
