Life can seem very overwhelming at times. Prioritizing work, home and family (not necessarily in that order) is hard to do. For some, it's just too much. When a successful architect/husband and father hits that point, he's at a loss of what to do. While on a shopping trip to make one part of his life a little easier, he decides to go beyond what he was expecting and finds something that changes everything. A universal remote control that can control much more than the devices in his life. This universal remote can actually control his life. He can now do anything with his life that you can do with a remote (fast fwd, rewind, pause, play, etc). What he's about to learn though is everything comes with a cost. The more he uses it, the more he realizes he's no longer in control. Time gets to the point where it's getting away from him and there's nothing he can do... Or is there??? He must come face to face with what his life has become to have any chance to make things right. Is it too late or is there a chance... The ending to this comedic tale might bring a tear to your eye, but you'll find many laughs throughout in this slapstick type comedy. The idea itself is unique but was not executed as well as it could have been. Overall though, it's a cute family friendly film that'll leave you smiling.
