The ultimate how to on how to be a con artist. From the basics to the secret tricks of the trade we see how a veteran in the biz takes an apprentice under his wing to show her the ropes. She thinks it's all fun and games, that is until she meets him. It's about more than a con... It's about focus. Both of them are about to be put to the ultimate test at a sporting event. A secret that one of them holds will make or break them... The result of this interaction will end in them going separate ways. Three years later, one of them has the chance to cash in on the big con - the one that con's only dream about. When the plan seems to be on track, someone shows up and almost derails the whole game. It becomes a battle for the con as well as one of the heart. Will he be thrown off his game or will he be able to pull it off. This being the biggest job of his life, he has to stay focused. It's hard to stay focused when the one thing that can break you is within reach. That is until the target becomes suspicious. The only thing that can save them now is the Toledo takedown... The one that has to execute it isn't who you'd expect. There are twists and turns throughout, it definitely does not disappoint. A few scenes mixed in are slow and filler but the rest of it keeps you enthralled. I wouldn't call it edge of your seat intensity but it's definitely not a snooze fest. Smith was brilliant in his portrayal of a street wise saboteur. A great date movie or just for fun alone or with friends.
