Bears are vicious scary animals that live in the woodsﾅ.right? Not Boog, a 900-pound grizzly bear living as a pet. Boog was taken in as a cub by a park ranger named Beth and together the two have been educating and entertaining tourists from all over. Life is great until a one antlered deer named Elliot rolls into town tied to the hood of a truck. Elliot was captured by a hunter and begs Boog to free him. Reluctantly Boog helps Elliot out and soon realizes that now he canﾒt get rid of him. Elliot causes problems for Boog that leave them lost in the middle of the woods. Desperate to get back to Beth and away from the barbaric woods, Boog heads for home only to find out that open season has begun. Getting home is the least of his worries as Boog and the other animals try to figure out how to survive the hunters. Will Boog and the others fight back or run and hide? Let this be a reminder that the woods are a scary place.
