The Bella's are back in town. They've come a long way since we've seen them last. When something happens during a high profile performance, they are on the verge of losing everything. Their only hope is to win the biggest a capella ﾠcompetition of them all. Do they have a chance? Not unless they can bring their view into focus. The performances and characters fell flat in this continuation of their story. The jokes, one liners and humorous antics throughout keep it light hearted but it felt more like High School Musical than Pitch Perfect 2. The girls are all in their senior year and the Bella's are almost done for. Who will carry on the Bella name, if there is to be a Bella name after the above debacle. A few surprises await, but just not enough to bring this up to the level of the first. Sequels rarely live up to the first, occasionally some even surpass it... Unfortunately, this one fell far short of the first, take out the comedy and it's not even worth telling. If you're a fan of the original, this shows their stories continued but come prepared. You will laugh but you will not find much of anything else. Great for a younger audience (preteen, teen), but not so much for everyone else...
